Your Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our apartment community’s technical operations, addressing a variety of needs to ensure a seamless living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Orders : Respond to and coordinate maintenance requests promptly.
• Plumbing : Replace faucets, snake drains, and install toilet valves.
• Carpentry : Hang windows and doors, repair hinges, and replace door/window locks.
• Painting and Repairs : Patch and paint walls to match existing finishes.
• Preventative Maintenance : Keep records for building systems, fire safety, and operational equipment.
• Inventory Management : Order supplies, schedule vendors, and control inventory.
• Inspections : Conduct unit inspections and ensure consistency across properties.
• Emergency Response : Be available for after-hours, on-call emergencies.

Performance Goals

• Complete work assignments efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain a high standard of property upkeep, minimizing costs while ensuring top-notch conditions.
