Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are looking for a bookkeeper with a background in accounting, who is fond of group work and enjoys relating to other people. Major responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage the general ledger
• Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Support quality archived records by filing documents
• Settle accounts by reconciling entries
• Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
• Review payments received and record deposits
• Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper preferred
• Experience with payroll
• Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online
• Expertise in ADP
• Deep understanding of accounts payable
• Foundational knowledge in accounts receivable
