Position Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with Daikin’s company mission, vision and goals.
  • Always maintain a positive image of the Daikin brand.
  • Effectively lead visitors through a customized Experience Center tour using a consultative sales approach to help drive sales.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop, manage and conceptualize marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Create, manage and execute a timeline of community events to drive brand awareness and Daikin’s socio-economic contributions.
  • Create website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new and repeat customers.
  • Track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns and make adjustments as needed to maintain target conversion rates.
  • Communicate marketing campaigns, promotions, and relevant product and marketing updates to target customers.
  • Represent Daikin at local events, trade shows, and other activities as needed.
  • Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
  • Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
  • Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
  • Explains facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.
  • To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills and a strong presence on social media is preferred. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

  • Strong social media presence Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools preferred
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to convert product details into viable content marketing strategies
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC desired but not required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is desired. High school degree with previous relevant experience will be considered.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to travel 10% or less

Pay Range - $64,530.00 to $80,715.00 USD
