Job Summary:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Wisdom system within a healthcare organization.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, IT professionals, and business analysts to gather requirements and customize Epic Wisdom modules to fit organizational workflows, especially those related to dental practices.
- Configure and customize Epic Wisdom modules, implementing enhancements to optimize system performance and usability.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption and facilitating knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Provide day-to-day support for the Epic Wisdom application, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
- Analyze existing Epic Wisdom workflows, identify areas for process improvement, and implement enhancements to streamline operations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Epic Wisdom upgrades and the implementation of new modules/features.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations related to Epic Wisdom.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issue resolution, and system improvements.
- Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to drive successful Epic Wisdom initiatives.
- Leverage proficiency with Epic applications, understanding of system builds, end-user workflows, and data visualization for user-focused solutions.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree, Epic Wisdom certification (or Epic Ambulatory Cert + Wisdom project experience with a path to cert), and minimum 5+ years of relevant application analyst experience.
