Job Title: Executive Assistant

Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in NYC and Stamford, CT, and one remote day.

In this role, you will act as the CEO's right hand and provide calendar management to another executive. The firm offers excellent benefits , including health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with matching.

Job Details

1. Manage busy calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
2. Book reservations, meetings, and appointments
3. Arrange global travel and logistics
4. Provide general administrative support, including expense management
5. Manage information and client accounts in CRM (MOSAIC)
6. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
7. Salary: $130-140k annually, based on experience
8. Benefits: health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree required
2. 7+ years experience as a C-level Executive Assistant
3. Financial services experience, highly preferred
4. Ability to work in-office in NYC two days per week and in Stamford, CT two days per week
5. Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
7. Highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented
