Job Description

A luxury hotel florist designs and maintains exquisite floral displays for public areas, guest rooms, and high-profile events (weddings, launches), ensuring designs reflect the hotel's brand & budget, while managing inventory, orders from vendors, and providing exceptional guest service, requiring artistic skill, trend awareness, and strong organizational abilities to elevate the guest experience and ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative, high-end floral arrangements for lobbies, restaurants, guest suites, and events (weddings, galas).
• Work with event planners, guests, and other departments to understand needs, budgets, and execute visions.
• Order, receive, process, and maintain fresh flowers, plants, and supplies, managing stock and vendor relations.
• Care for all in-house plants and floral displays, ensuring freshness and longevity.
• Set up displays, coordinate deliveries, and manage installations at property sites or off-site events.
• Track costs, process orders, generate invoices, and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Stay updated on floral trends, techniques, and props relevant to luxury hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a florist, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end event design.
• Strong artistic eye, creative flair, and knowledge of floral design principles.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within strict brand standards, budgets, and deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
