Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in:

• Ensuring Global Brand Consistency: Collaborate closely with our distribution subsidiaries to ensure a uniform application of the Asmodee brand and the successful deployment of global marketing campaigns.
• Providing Design Expertise: Support the subsidiaries with tailored design solutions, helping them overcome distribution constraints while maintaining creative excellence.

Responsibilities

As a member of our international Brand and Marketing team, you will play a key role in defining our brand identity across multiple platforms and audiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Global Brand Consistency
• Ensure the consistent implementation of brand guidelines across various communication tools.
• Support distribution units worldwide to maintain a uniform brand application.
• Update and maintain the graphic assets in our Asmodee asset library.
• Graphic Design & Media
• Create and adapt marketing and communication materials for digital and print platforms.
• Design templates for newsletters, social media posts, websites, and other communication channels.
• Transform creative concepts into diverse content (digital, print, motion animation) for global campaigns.
• Present creative ideas and concepts through moodboards for multi-channel deployment.
• Retail & Point of Sale (POS)
• Design communication tools for retail environments, such as display units or shelf dressings.
• Event Branding
• Develop brand materials to support Asmodees presence at global and local events.
• Design event communication tools, such as banners, displays, and other supports.
• Promotional Design
• Create attractive promotional items for B2B and B2C markets.

Profile

We are looking for a talented and motivated graphic designer with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of the graphic process for both print and digital media.
• Advanced skills in 3D design.
• Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, including the use of AI services integrated into design.
• Additional Skills Appreciated:
• Expertise in video editing, motion design, or photography.
• Attention to Detail:
• Rigorous focus on quality to ensure brand excellence and consistency across all platforms.
• Project Management:
• Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for collaborative work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Creative and Proactive Mindset:
• Known for your creativity, precision, and adaptability.
• Ability to take initiatives and start projects independently while maintaining consistent commitment to results.
