POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Junior Backend Developer, you will support the development and maintenance of server?side logic, databases, and APIs that power our automotive sales website. Working closely with senior backend developers, youll gain hands?on experience and contribute to scalable and secure solutions that enhance user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs for automotive inventory, user accounts, and transaction processing.
• Help maintain and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Support integration with third?party services such as payment gateways and vehicle data providers.
• Follow security best practices under guidance to help protect user data.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth data flow and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team meetings.
• Continuously learn and apply new backend development skills and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or automotive sectors.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Pythkn, node.js, c-sharp,
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL,, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well?documented code.
• Strong problem?solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
