PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER Food & Nutrition Services

Location: University of Miami Hospital, Miami, FL

Schedule: MondayFriday with rotating weekends and holidays. Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the patient service line, including call center, diet office, tray line, and tray delivery staff.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure exceptional service and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in broader departmental responsibilities such as inventory management, ordering, scheduling, audits, and peer reviews.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with satellite teams and collaborate across departments.
• Oversee meal service operations for the main hospital and affiliated centers, including an inpatient cancer center and ambulatory eye hospital.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food and nutrition or healthcare foodservice operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment.
