Job Summary:   

Responsible   for coordinating daily shift assignments, managing workflow to support safe and on-time flight operations, and   maintaining   essential control room systems. This includes timekeeping oversight, device distribution and tracking, and   maintaining   accurate   operational records.

Job Duties:   

• Assign Agents to flights and designated airport areas to ensure smooth operations and on-time performance  

• Manage and distribute   Avtech   devices for passenger tracking and communication  

• Conduct daily device inventories, document discrepancies, and report missing or damaged units  

• T roubleshoot devices that are not properly functioning and report out of service devices.  

• Assist   passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.     

• Monitor time clocks for accuracy and escalate any system or access issues  

• Ensure   time clocks   are operable and escalate any related issues .   

• Provide right of access to the Control Room.  

• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.  

• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy.   

• Perform other related duties as assigned within the   appropriate skill , experience, and capabilities expected for this position.  

 

Qualifications:   

• High School diploma or GED.  

• Must be at least 18 years of age.  

• Must be able to obtain credentials   required   as   per airport or state   requirements.  

 

Physical requirements :   

• Must be able to   constantly   l ift , m ove up to 70 lbs;   Frequently   l if t, m ove   weights   greater than  70 lbs ; and   constantly   w alk , s tand,   r each   a bove   s houlder,   c limb , c rawl,   s toop,   s quat,   k neel   and   b end.   

 

Working conditions:   

• Must be able to   work   in   rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.  

• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include   severe   seasonal elements .  

• Must be able to work in an   office bound   environment.
