We are seeking a Service Scheduling Administrator to support our client's daily field operations by assigning, routing, and adjusting workloads for technicians. The role handles inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and customers, including emergency calls requiring research, follow-up, and independent judgment.
Work Model: Onsite training, then fully remote
Hours: Part-time
Required Coverage: Weekends: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Holidays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
