ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Glens Falls, New York.

\nRN - Med Surg Tele
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on a 16-bed remote telemetry unit with adult to geriatric patient population
\n• Maintain 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
\n• Care for mainly telemetry and cardiac patients
\n• Must be able to interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift
\n• Work every other weekend
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• 8-hour non-billable orientation required
\n• Personal scrubs of any color required (no designs, cartoons, or hoodies)
\n• Must have EPIC experience (required)
\n• 3 years of nursing experience required
\n• Strong proficiency and experience working on Cardiac/Telemetry and Med-Tele units required
\n• Previous travel experience highly preferred
\n• Neuro/stroke experience highly preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• New York nursing license required
\n• Must complete training from Welle or CPI for onboarding
\n• Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted (must be noted at upload)
\n• Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2-hour notice
