No — we are an independent, community-rooted organisation. However, we work closely with statutory services such as schools, local authorities, and the NHS to bridge the gap for families who may otherwise fall through the cracks.

We know that for many underserved communities, accessing therapy can feel scary, confusing, and unaffordable — especially when it involves children. Our mission is to make support safe, accessible and culturally competent without judgment or bureaucracy.

All support we provide is confidential unless there is an immediate safeguarding concern. In those cases, we don’t just refer and disappear — we walk alongside families, helping them make disclosures safely and ensuring they get the right help at the right time.
