Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
•Bachelor's degree
•Minimum 8+ years of experience in configuring SAP EAM
•Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP EAM
•System design: Leads the integrated system design enabling EAM processes across an SAP landscape, including GIS and scheduling solutions.
•Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team. Mentor and guide junior team members. Strong client handling and communication.
•Knowledge on interfaces, cross module knowledge
•Greenfield implementation Project (End-to-End Implementation) are preferable
•Completed university degree
•Excellent Business Communication Skill
•Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Implementation: Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP EAM module
•Integration with other modules
•Testing: Creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts
•Continuous improvement: Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements
