We are a frontline specialist safeguarding organisation. We don’t just teach from a manual, we bring experience from working directly with families, communities, and systems. Our trainers include professionals with backgrounds in social work, therapy, education, youth work, and lived experience of the issues we address.
Our training is consistently described as honest, eye-opening, and immediately applicable. We challenge assumptions, hold space for difficult conversations, and always centre the safety and dignity of children and young people.
We run a wide range of events and training courses, bringing together experts in safeguarding, anti-exploitation work and digital resilience to support you and your team.a
We offer training across a wide range of safeguarding themes, including:
If your team is facing a safeguarding issue that isn’t listed here, please get in touch. We’re used to navigating the complex and the uncomfortable.
We offer targeted training sessions for educators, DSLs, and school support staff. Our sessions are practical, grounded in real-world school scenarios, and designed to build confidence in identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, including those that are difficult to name.
Our parent workshops are delivered in accessible, welcoming community settings. We meet parents without judgment, offering them the knowledge and language to talk to their children about risk, recognise warning signs, and know where to turn for help.
We work with professionals across health, social care, education, youth work, housing, the police, and the voluntary sector. Our cross-sector training is designed to strengthen collaboration, build shared understanding, and sharpen responses to complex safeguarding situations.
We deliver age-appropriate workshops directly to children and young people in schools and community settings. These sessions are designed to open up conversations about risk, rights, relationships, and resilience in ways that feel relevant and real to young people, not preachy or distant.
Sometimes a case is complex, and professionals need a space to think it through. We offer confidential case consultation for practitioners working with children and families in high-risk or complex situations. Our consultants bring specialist expertise in exploitation, radicalisation, domestic abuse, and complex trauma, and can help you think clearly when the stakes are high.
